I agree about the valium. It took some getting used to the narrators voice,she sounds ill. And there is a much better walking meditation by Belleruth Naparstek. I am just looking for something new for a change. Even though its only $.99, had I been able to listen to a sample I dont think I would have bought it. Ill keep looking.
